Nutella Peanut Butter Energy Bites


Okay, these are soooooo good! Like amazingly good! Plus super easy to make! Promise they will be one of your new favs!!


Ingredients


  • 1 cup old fashioned, rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal, or shredded coconut (I do 1/4 cup cereal and 1/4 cup coconut)

  • 1/2 cup Nutella

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Mix together rolled oats, crispy rice cereal, Nutella, peanut butter, ground flaxseed, honey, vanilla, coconut oil and mini chocolate chips.

  2. Scoop the mixture into small balls about 1 tablespoon each. Place the balls on a piece of parchment paper.

  3. Use your hands to roll them into tightly packed balls. Place in the fridge to set.
